Nurture has experience of being co-opted into multi-disciplinary investigation teams and panels, dealing with a wide range of investigations impacting on Health and or Criminal Justice environments operating within legal or regulatory frameworks.
Nurture can present a number of examples to our investigatory capability.
These include, but not limited to leadership in multi-agency settings for child and adult death investigations and review.
A number of cases have involved national press and public interest cases, other cases proceeding through a criminal justice process, cases subject to HM Coroner inquests, cases with inclusion from LADO, Child and Adult Safeguarding boards, MARAC, MAPPA and other public protection interest enquiries.
We have also participated in quality assurance and improvement plans following CQC and HMRCFRS inspections.
