| Ambition Belonging Creativity Psychological Safety
We have experience in Clinical Supervision, Educational Supervision, Safeguarding Supervision and Patient Safety.

This is what we know you say about it
“Supervision is a waste of time and just pays lip service to the regulations. I feel no-one benefits from it.”
by Anon, Senior Manager.
This is our experience of peoples view of supervision – supervision is confused with line management, competency assessment and has become a forum where people can be re-traumatised and blamed.
Facilitators of supervision need to be good. It is a skill and when we absorb emotional distress and burden, it requires their own network to maintain their own wellbeing
Our Nurture Supervision Model of Supervision utilises our experience of providing supervision across organisations, creating resilience but also in exploring how to manage risk and uncertainty in complex environments.
We know we have to be compliant with our regulatory and professional organisations.
But if we can also enhanced our own health and wellbeing it feels sensible to use this time wisely.
By understanding our own thoughts, feelings and beliefs including our preferences and biases, we will be able to learn from one another, move forward and act even when there is risk and uncertainty and be better tomorrow than we are today
By understanding the thoughts, feelings and beliefs of others, we can co-create solutions, understanding how to collaborate rather than compete and balance viewpoints, appreciating with humility and understanding
We believe that supervision is an essential part of workforce development
