We offer tools such as ‘distributed cognition’ to enhance team performance and well-being. Our aim is to help managers strike a balance between team performance and overall well-being.
For Boards and Executives:
Our services cater to boards and executives, assisting them in understanding how to gain insights, analyze and explore opportunities for improvement, influence and implement change, and collaborate effectively across complex and risky landscapes. We provide guidance and strategies to navigate the challenges faced at the organisational level moving away from compliance to cultural transformation.
Our Menu of Services:
- Individual Supervision:
Choose between a single session or our Nurture Model, which consists of 6 sessions designed to help you identify your own supervision strategy.
Courses can be spread over 6 months or 12 months, depending on your preference.
Cost: £195 per session
- Group Supervision:
Opt for a single session or our Nurture Model, which includes 6 sessions to help you and your group identify individual or organizational supervision strategies.
Courses can be spread over 6 months or 12 months, depending on your preference.
Cost: £495 per single session or £2,580 for all 6 sessions (Saving £390).
Group sessions are for up to 10 participants.
- Bespoke Supervision:
Tailored supervision sessions related to specific events or situations.

Train the Facilitator Programme:
Our program equips facilitators with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead and facilitate sense making experiences.
Cost: £2,000 including 1 year of mentoring.
- Appraisal for Doctors:
We offer appraisal services for doctors, conducted by our Designated Body Approved Appraisers. This process ensures compliant appraisals and supports doctors in their professional growth.
Cost: £500 per appraisal.
- Investigations and Clinical Reviews:
Contact us for more details, as these services are tailored on a case-by-case basis. We provide in-depth investigations and clinical reviews based on specific circumstances.
- Evaluation of Services:
We conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of your services, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
